Eel fillets - Smoked

The most wonderful, smoky meaty fish, very difficult to find especially of this quality. Boneless and skinless, a real treat. One of my favourites.

Prime eel fillets, cured and hot smoked over oak. A real delicacy - serve with some hot horseradish and rocket for a unique starter.
