Alison’s potted pheasant, has a unique flavour and is a wonderful alternative to pâté.

Topped with Elderberry jelly, using only pheasant meat (no livers) blended with garden thyme, pork, nutmeg, cream, eggs and then baked.

Great as a starter or use to stuff game or chicken. Delicious!
