A more intense flavour than fresh mushrooms they re-hydrate to original size. Just soak in warm water, strain the liquid and use for stocks and sauces. Delicious used in casseroles, with pasta or rice. These mushrooms contain equal amounts of Bolets Jaunes, Cepes, Pleurotes and Champignons Noirs.
