From the Crespi family in Liguria who produce their own olives and olive oil. The fresh basil and sundried tomatoes combined with mountain herbs, are stored in oil prior to the production of the Pesto alla Genovese and Sundried Tomato Sauce, infusing the oil with their intense flavour.
