Three Bird Roast A free range turkey, which has been naturally reared, using old fashioned methods has been stuffed with a Gressingham Duck, and then with a wild Lakeland pheasant. The whole roast is layered with a chestnut stuffing and boned, so that the carving is simple. 5kg Serves approx. 8-10 people. |

Puddings Our favourites are Griottines, French Morello cherries, pitted and preserved in Kirsch. Once you have tasted these you will never do without, simply add to really good ice-cream and drizzle with the kirsch. |
